PRIVACY
Your data.Plainly explained.
What Re:solve collects on this site, why, where it goes and how to have it deleted. This page describes the site as it works today.
Who we are
Re:solve is a studio in Paris run by Manon Nguyen and Enzo Da Silva. The company’s legal details (name, registration number, address) will be added to this page. For any question about your data, use the contact form.
What we collect, and why
- Pricing page: your email address, to show you the prices and to contact you about our offers. We also keep the page language, an approximate country from your connection, the dates of your first and last visit and how many times you opened the prices.
- Contact form: your name, email, website, the needs you tick and your message, to answer your audit request.
- Newsletter (in the menu): your email address, to send you our monthly note.
- To catch typing mistakes, we check that the domain of your email address can receive mail. This does not prove that the address exists or that it is yours.
- To slow down robots, we count for 24 hours how often each connection sends a form, using a scrambled code (a hash), never the IP address itself.
Where it goes
- Cloudflare stores these details in a database held in the European Union.
- For each new request, the team receives a message with these details on Telegram.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Once our mailbox is connected, requests and sign-ups also reach us by email through Zoho Mail.
- We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
In your browser
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no audience measurement. It keeps a few settings in your browser: your language, whether captions are on, and on the pricing page the email you entered so the prices stay visible. Clearing your browser data removes them.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. We have not set a fixed deletion period yet; this page will say when we do.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or tell us not to contact you, through the contact form. We answer within one month, as the law requires. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
